How it works
Three steps from idea to paid roster
Publish the program
Set the schedule once and HustlX generates every session. Add the price, the cap, and the documents each athlete has to submit before they can join.
Approve and collect
Requests land in one queue with the athlete details, their documents, and their payment status. Approve, and the slot is theirs. Run promo codes when you need to fill a batch.
Run the sessions
Athletes check in with a pass at the door. Attendance, coach notes, and announcements stay attached to the program, so the record survives the season.

Session operations

- Reschedule safely. Move one session and keep the rest of the series intact.
- Check-in passes. Athletes scan in at the door and attendance is recorded as it happens.

Trust and records
- Required documents. Collect waivers and medical clearances before an athlete can join, and review them in one place.

Training payments
Keep payment records with each booking.
Collect paid bookings and track the amounts recorded for your program.
A HustlX fee is deducted from each paid Training booking, with a minimum of PHP 50 per paid join. Paid sessions must be priced at least PHP 200. Payment records show the collected amount, retained fee, and organization earnings.
