When you are charged

  • Drafts are free. Save a league as draft, invite teams, and build your schedule without paying.
  • Publishing is free and never blocked by payment. You are charged PHP 399 per team when you activate it. Teams you have not activated stay hidden from the public and out of matchmaking.
  • A join request is free. An accepted team fills a slot immediately and plays once you activate it.
  • Activations are not refundable. There is no self-service refund or credit, so activate a team only when it is ready to play.
  • Paid Training needs setup. You set the session fee and HustlX retains 8%. Publishing paid Training requires accepted payment terms, a verified settlement destination, and an authorized administrator.
  • Payouts are manual. Earnings collect in your Collection balance. HustlX prepares payouts on Tuesdays and submits transfers between 3 PM and 5 PM Manila time. That is the operating schedule, not a guaranteed receipt time.

What's the catch?

Nothing beyond the table above. Every fee HustlX charges is on this page.

Do I pay if the league never happens?

No. Drafts, publishing, and join requests are free. You are only charged for teams you activate.

Is 8% the only fee on paid Training?

HustlX retains 8% of what you collect, with a minimum of PHP 50 per paid join. Paid sessions must be priced at least PHP 200.

Does every organization need the Annual Subscription Fee?

No. Creating an organization and running leagues is free. Annual unlocks Wallet and Finance, gallery storage, extra administrator seats, and add-on eligibility.

What happens when I need more administrators?

Annual includes three seats including the registrant. Additional seats are PHP 499 per year.

Can I increase gallery storage later?

Yes. Annual includes 5 GB, and 10 GB blocks are PHP 499 per year.

When do I get paid?

HustlX prepares payouts on Tuesdays and submits transfers between 3 PM and 5 PM Manila time.
