Drafts and publishing are free. Organizers pay for team activations. Paid online team registration is separate and adds a 5% HustlX transaction fee to the organizer's registration fee. Free and manual registration do not add this online fee.
Admissions are not refundable. If you remove a team before it plays, its paid admission stays with that league as a reusable slot for the next team that joins. A team that already has match history keeps its admission.
HustlX retains 8% of what you collect, with a minimum of PHP 50 per paid join. Paid sessions must be priced at least PHP 200. Before accepting paid bookings, your organization needs to accept the payment terms, verify its settlement destination, and complete setup with an authorized administrator.
No. Creating an organization is free. League team activation and training transaction fees apply without an annual upgrade. Annual adds Wallet and Finance, gallery storage, three administrator seats in total, and add-on eligibility.
Payouts are manual. HustlX prepares payouts on Tuesdays and submits transfers between 3 PM and 5 PM Manila time. That is the operating schedule, not a guaranteed receipt time.
