1. Acceptance of Terms

HustlX is a connected sports operations platform for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, football, and futsal - supporting athletes, teams, organizations, leagues, trainings, officials, communities, livestreaming, and supporting mobile companions. The HustlX brand, including the HustlX main app, the HustlX Officials portal, and the HustlX Courts admin, is operated by HustlX Information Technology Solutions (“HustlX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using HustlX through our website, mobile apps, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy , and any applicable product rules posted in-app. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

If you create or manage an account, team, organization, league, training, or roster on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Sign-In Methods

HustlX supports email and password authentication and may also support Google sign-in or connected account flows where those features are enabled. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, access links, and connected account access secure.

4. Minors and Third-Party Data

If you are a minor, you should use HustlX only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, school, club, coach, or organization that is authorized to support your participation. If you upload or manage data about minors or other third parties, you are responsible for having the permissions and lawful basis required to do so.

5. Public Profiles, Statistics, and Content

Certain content on HustlX may be visible to other users or to the public, including player, team, organization, league, and training pages, standings, statistics, leaderboards, schedules, and media. Do not upload or publish content unless you are allowed to share it.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, and appropriateness of the information, media, and records you submit. By submitting content to HustlX, you authorize us to host, process, reproduce, and display it as reasonably necessary to operate the service and your chosen visibility settings.

6. Payments and Entitlements

Fixed-price HustlX purchases. Annual Registration, annual add-ons for administrator seats or gallery storage, and league team activations are fixed-price HustlX purchases. The applicable item, quantity, billing period, subtotal, and total are shown in the relevant product flow.

Checkout may include a separately disclosed transaction fee shown with the resulting total before you confirm. A fee shown for one product or payment flow does not establish the fee for another flow.

Payment authority. Payment processor confirmation controls payment completion and entitlement activation for processor-backed purchases. A browser return page, uploaded receipt, or payment reference does not by itself activate a processor-backed entitlement.

Top-ups. Organization wallet and bond top-ups fund a ledger or reserve and are separate from fixed-price entitlement purchases. The funded amount and any applicable fee are shown before confirmation. A wallet credit is a HustlX ledger entry, not a processor refund or a representation of funds held by the processor.

Marketplace payments. Participant payments for an organizer, official, venue, or other provider are distinct from HustlX fixed-price purchases and top-ups. The product flow will show the amount charged and any applicable fee before confirmation. No particular retention, settlement timing, or recipient payout is promised unless it is stated in an approved product policy or separate written agreement.

Refunds. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a payment is refundable only where the paid service is not delivered. Cancellations for change of mind are not refundable. Where a product flow discloses a more favorable cancellation or refund rule for a specific purchase, the disclosed rule applies to that purchase. A refund request must be submitted through support within thirty (30) days of the scheduled delivery date of the paid service, or of the payment date if no delivery date applies; requests received after this period may be declined unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Where a refund is issued, any transaction fee that the payment processor does not return is borne by the receiving organization or provider and is not deducted from the amount refunded to you. Nothing in this section limits remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Contact support for the refund process and evidence requirements that apply to a specific transaction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, and not to interfere with the platform's normal operation, security, or availability.

This includes, without limitation, uploading content without permission, misrepresenting identity or player eligibility, posting false records or statistics, attempting unauthorized access, or using the platform in a way that harms minors, teams, organizers, or other users.

8. Commercial Sponsors, Ads, and Partners

HustlX may display sponsor, partner, house, or ad placements on league, match, official, court, training, and related public or management surfaces. Commercial placements must be clearly labeled and must not be presented as neutral platform content, official certification, league endorsement, or guaranteed performance unless HustlX has expressly approved that representation.

Sponsors and advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and substantiation of their creative, claims, logos, links, and offers. HustlX may remove or reject commercial creative, pause delivery, or require platform review where content is misleading, unlawful, unsafe for youth sports surfaces, uses third-party rights without permission, or involves categories such as gambling-adjacent products, alcohol, tobacco, medical or supplement claims, political messaging, lending, crypto, contests, or other regulated or sensitive promotions.

Commercial placement availability, impressions, clicks, viewership, sales, attendance, conversions, or sponsorship outcomes are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement signed by HustlX says otherwise.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

Personal data processed on HustlX is handled in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and related National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances in the Philippines.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, or address material violations of these Terms.

11. Platform Availability and Records

We work to keep HustlX available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statistics, schedules, rankings, notifications, and other platform records may be corrected, delayed, or updated as information changes or is reviewed.

12. Limitation of Liability

HustlX is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to platform use.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the platform, these Terms, or related product rules from time to time. Continued use of HustlX after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. Livestreaming, HustlX TV, and Media

HustlX may offer livestreaming, replays, highlights, scorebug overlays, and related broadcast features (collectively, “HustlX TV”). If you organize, participate in, officiate, or attend an event that is livestreamed or recorded through HustlX, you acknowledge that audio, video, statistics, and overlays may be captured, processed, stored, and made available to viewers.

Organizers are responsible for obtaining the consents required to stream or record their events, including for athletes, coaches, officials, spectators, minors (with parental or guardian consent), and any third-party content. Do not stream or upload content unless you have the rights to do so, including for music, branding, and third-party media. Music in livestreams must be cleared for the intended use; unlicensed copyrighted music may be muted, removed, or result in takedowns.

Takedown and complaint requests for HustlX TV content can be sent to support@hustlx.com and will be handled in line with applicable law and platform safety.

15. Mobile Apps and Deep Links

HustlX may make iOS and Android companion apps available. The same Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply when you use those apps. App store rules (including those of Apple and Google) also apply where relevant. Deep links and QR-based actions follow our standing rule that any account-affecting action (register, join, pay, follow, RSVP) requires explicit user confirmation in-app before it is submitted.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

17. Training hosting (organizers)

If you list or manage Trainings on HustlX, additional verification, safety, listing, and payment-readiness rules apply. Paid Training is supported through the product flow described in the supplement. The supplement does not promise a retention percentage, settlement timing, payout, or manual payment fallback.
