1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HustlX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy , and any applicable product rules posted in-app. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

If you create or manage an account, team, organization, league, training, or roster on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Sign-In Methods

HustlX supports email and password authentication and may also support Google sign-in or connected account flows where those features are enabled. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, access links, and connected account access secure.

4. Minors and Third-Party Data

If you are a minor, you should use HustlX only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, school, club, coach, or organization that is authorized to support your participation. If you upload or manage data about minors or other third parties, you are responsible for having the permissions and lawful basis required to do so.

5. Public Profiles, Statistics, and Content

Certain content on HustlX may be visible to other users or to the public, including player, team, organization, league, and training pages, standings, statistics, leaderboards, schedules, and media. Do not upload or publish content unless you are allowed to share it.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, and appropriateness of the information, media, and records you submit. By submitting content to HustlX, you authorize us to host, process, reproduce, and display it as reasonably necessary to operate the service and your chosen visibility settings.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Proof of Payment

Some features may involve paid leagues, trainings, add-ons, or subscription requests. Depending on the flow, HustlX may display organization payment instructions, accept payment references, and accept proof-of-payment uploads for review.

Activation of paid features may be subject to organizer or platform verification and may remain pending until the relevant payment or request is reviewed and confirmed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, and not to interfere with the platform's normal operation, security, or availability.

This includes, without limitation, uploading content without permission, misrepresenting identity or player eligibility, posting false records or statistics, attempting unauthorized access, or using the platform in a way that harms minors, teams, organizers, or other users.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Personal data processed on HustlX is handled in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and related National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances in the Philippines.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, or address material violations of these Terms.

10. Platform Availability and Records

We work to keep HustlX available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statistics, schedules, rankings, notifications, and other platform records may be corrected, delayed, or updated as information changes or is reviewed.

11. Limitation of Liability

HustlX is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to platform use.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the platform, these Terms, or related product rules from time to time. Continued use of HustlX after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Training hosting (organizers)

If you list or manage trainings on HustlX, additional rules apply, including how the platform fee works on sold slots, when fees are due, how participant payments may be collected (including manual payment flows), refund disclosures at the organizer's discretion (subject to applicable law), verification expectations, and limitations of liability for training activities.
